How it works

Three steps to clear glass.

The same sequence on every home, so the result is the same every visit.

  2. 2

    Deep Hand Scrub

Every pane gets hand-scrubbed to lift pollen, bird spots and grime from frames and glass.

Built for Austin

What Austin does to your windows.

Four local problems, and how each visit handles them.

Cedar pollen

Dec – Feb

Mountain cedar leaves a yellow film that smears when wiped dry.

Our fix: pre-soak and scrub, then a pure-water rinse.

Lake moisture

Year-round near Lake Austin & Travis

Humidity breeds mildew on frames and leaves glass hazy.

Our fix: frame wipe-down plus optional sealant.

Red dirt & construction dust

Spring winds, new builds

Wind-blown caliche and clay settle in tracks and on low panes.

Our fix: track vacuum and detailed hand wash.

Calcium spots

Every summer

Sprinklers hitting glass bake limestone minerals on in the Texas sun.

Our fix: mineral stain treatment.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

How much does window cleaning cost in Austin?

Most two-story homes in West Lake Hills, Bee Cave and Steiner Ranch fall into a predictable range based on pane count, screens and access. Send three or four photos and we'll text a firm price, usually the same day. The price we quote is the price you pay.

How often should I clean my windows here?

Twice a year suits most Austin homes: once after cedar season in late winter and once in fall. Homes facing sprinklers, the lake or active construction often do better on a quarterly plan, which also costs less per visit.

Do I need to be home?

Not for exterior-only work. For interior glass someone needs to let us in, but many clients leave a code. We text when we arrive, when we finish, and send photos of the result.

What is pure-water cleaning, and is it safe for plants and pets?

We filter tap water through deionizing resin until it reads 0 ppm on a TDS meter. With no minerals or soap left in it, the glass dries spotless. It is just water, so it is safe for lawns, gardens, pets and pool areas.

What happens if it rains after you clean?

Rain on clean, residue-free glass usually dries with little spotting. If streaks or spots show up within seven days of our visit, text us a photo and we'll come back to fix them free.
